Okay, made some stuff in the last couple weeks, but just haven’t posted.
These peppermint sugar cookie crunch bar thingies are good, but the best part is the frosting. MAKE THIS FROSTING AND EAT IT WITH A SPOON #nojudgement I am too tired to expand about this recipe, it’s delicious, just follow the directions to a T.
This orzo enchilada stuff, made in a crock pot is divine. I am finishing it up for lunch today, that will be six (SIX!!) meals that I got out of it!! It’s incredible and flavorful. I would use a whole can of both corn and black beans because I like those tastes a lot, but to each his own.
